Subject	IMHO, your EGR valve should not leak at 1 psi.

Message	I can understand some leakage when boosting but you shouldn't be leaking anything at low pressure. Leakage at that low of pressure signifies a vacuum leak. With the motor idling, have you tried spraying carb cleaner around the valve to see if your idle speed changes?
